Onboarding

New hires will join a comprehensive three day orientation and training from the Anthem Academy that will prep them for the retail world.

Immersion

Employees are introduced to their new teammates and work environment. New hires receive further training and guidance from their department mentor.

Job Proper

Actual application of experience and learned skills begins. Work as a team to achieve milestones in the business.

Advancement
